Get Prepared to Fight Back New Wave of US led Aggressions Targeting Iran.

If the last year dawned with mass upsurges of people of Tunisia and Egypt against decades long dictatorships, 2012 is beginning with reports of massive build up by US and Israeli forces backed by NATO against Iran. A decade ago the US imperialists had launched one of their bloodiest aggressions against Iraq in the name of destroying the ‘Weapons of Mass Destruction’ claimed to have been prepared by that country. Though no such WMDs were found, Iraq was attacked, more than a million people killed and the whole country devastated. Again, in the name of ‘war on terror’ Afghanistan was attacked and the barbarous aggression is still continuing with no end in sight, killing many hundreds of thousands and devastating the whole country. Once again it is in the name of WMDs, alleging Iranian moves to prepare nuclear bombs, US has passed a law to curb the export of petroleum by Iran, the main revenue earner for it. European Union is meeting on 23^rd January to ratify it. Iran has warned that if its petroleum export is blocked,  it will block the Strait of Hormuz through which 20% of world oil transport is taking place. The US-Zionist-EU axis is formed for yet another military adventure to keep the West Asia always in strife and to facilitate US hegemony there. As Russia has vital oil interests in Iran, it has also moved its forces to Syrian ports. China also has vital oil interests in Iran. Though India also has enormous interest in getting oil from Iran, it will not do anything which displeases the US masters. Whether Russia and China will risk a confrontation with the US led forces is doubtful going by events during recent past. So the scenario is getting prepared for yet another brutal and heinous US-led aggression. In this situation it is the responsibility of all anti-imperialist, democratic forces to raise their voice internationally against a possible attack by US-Israel-EU forces against Iran. Iranian people should be supported whole heartedly to resist aggression by the Yankees and their co-conspirators and co-criminals.
